RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely crazy about your purchase please read on. 
• Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  This means the item must be in brand new unworn, unwashed condition with no stains or odors (good or bad). All hardware must be in tact and functioning (buttons, zippers, etc).
• All jewelry, eyewear, hats, belts, keychains, hair accessories, and decorative accessories are final sale. 
• All discounted and sale items are final sale. 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 
• All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. 
• At this time we do not accept exchanges. 
• Returns must be received by 30 days of purchase date for store credit. 

HOLIDAY PURCHASES: Any purchases made on or after December 1, 2016 are valid for return through January 9, 2017.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the instructions provided on your invoice. Customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance through the USPS. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return package and are not liable for lost postage.

RETURN PROCESS

Once return package has been received, please allow 5-7 days for processing. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will be credited back to original payment method. Returns received after 21 days will be refunded through store credit. Refunds to debit/credit cards may take an additional 5-7 days to process depending on your bank. Paypal refunds go through immediately. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund once completed.
