Generic Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Under certain guidelines we will gladly accept returns for refund in original form of payment within 14 days of orders receipt and 21 days within orders receipt for international customers. After 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) returns will be processed as store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the item must be in brand new unworn (we can tell), unwashed condition with no stains or orders (good or bad). All hardware must be in tact and functioning (buttons, zippers, etc). Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as bodysuits and intimates. We do not accept products that have been deemed final sale, intimate apparel or accessories. All mark downs are FINAL SALE. Any purchase that includes a discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange.
In order to complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number). Please email us here and we will send you shipping instructions and a return form that must be completed. All return shipping costs are to be covered by you (the customer). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for lost postage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges can only be processed for a different size and/or color, please send us an email us here and we will respond back with instructions and a request for exchange form, proof of purchase must be provided (order number). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for lost postage.
