Do you work with influencers & or have an ambassador program?

We do not work with influencers or have an ambassador program in place at the moment.

How do I order?

Place all wanted items in your cart and checkout with your preferred payment method. After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing takes 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday while weekend orders process the next business day. After an order is processed you will receive an email with all tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before contacting us. 

International customers: 

Please be aware that although we offer a price converter on our website once you checkout the funds will automatically show as USD and NOT as your chosen currency. Also, any duties and taxes are to be charged by your country. Any fees are to be paid by you upon receipt of your package. Please inform yourself with this information before placing your order. 

How long will it take to get my order?

It takes 24 - 48 hours to process orders placed Monday through Friday, if your order is placed Friday after 8 am PST your order will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when paying for Priority Shipping. Processing + Shipping times = Estimated Delivery

Will you be getting any more of "X" item in stock? 

All items are available in limited quantities. We try our hardest to restock popular styles but restocks are not guaranteed.

 

Do you ship to Ukraine, Russia, China, Brazil, etc.?

We ship worldwide.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order please reach out to us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will reach your order before it ships. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your order. 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If there is an error in your shipping address please reach out as soon as possible to make any appropriate changes. We cannot guarantee we will reach your order before it ships. 

Can I change an item in my order?

If you would like to add or edit an item in your order please reach out to us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will reach your order before it ships. 

I am an international customer, why do I have to pay to receive my package? 

Unfortunately, this is not in our control. Each country has different customs regulations. We are not obligated to pay for customs, this is to be paid by you if your country requires it. Please contact your country's customs office for more information before ordering. 

Why didn't I get a confirmation or tracking email?

You may have provided an incorrect email address. Email us here with your full name and shipping address to fix the issue.
